When I think back and try to describe my business career, it seems apparent to me that I was always very active in many business ideas. At the age of 13, I received an Eagle Scout award in Detroit, Michigan, were I was born and raised. I knew that I had a direction toward marketing and business at a very early age. In college, I was known for numerous businesses including the running of major tennis tournaments with Rod Laver, Bjorn Burg, Chris Everett, John Newcome and many of the tennis greats, which helped me form relationships with people who would later become my mentors in life. Mark McCormick of IMG became a friend and gave me some of the best business advice on marketing and promotion businesses.

A southern Florida native from West Palm Beach, Lindsey swapped beaches for mountains when she moved to the Vail Valley in 2013. For the past decade, she’s immersed herself in the hospitality industry in the Valley managing Elway’s at The Lodge at Vail, and prior to Elway’s, overseeing the staff at Vintage. Her work within the restaurant industry has been paramount in fostering deep relationships with locals, visitors, and longtime regulars who have continuously returned to Vail to experience Lindsey’s hospitality, approachability, and extensive knowledge of the Valley,

Since graduating from Keene State College, NH with a degree in Business Management and Environmental Sciences, Ryan has been working extensively in the hospitality industry for Vail Resorts. Before joining Ron Byrne & Associates, Shawn worked for Related Companies as part of the development team for Snowmass Base Village's planned unit development.
His background focuses on luxury multi-family and high-end mixed-use products, principally in resort communities. Shawn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
